“Years ago, at least 25, I had dealings with Brennan heating and Air, moving away from the north Seattle area, I settled in Redmond, in a home equipped with air conditioning, recently I had trouble with the 25 year old unit, (not a Lennox) I called a firm that represented the units, was told I needed this and that, should replace the unit, they sent a salesperson to my door, gave me a estimate. So with this info under my belt I accepted the Brennan proposal, I can only say that satisfaction is their goal, even though I cannot remember the names of the technicians they sent to install my Lennox unit I want to thank them for a very professional job well done.
