My name is David. My wife, Michelle, and I just had our old oil furnaces replaced with gas furnaces. We were thinking of having the work done by Brennan Heating because I’d read and heard good things about your company from a variety of sources.
Your appraiser (Rodney) came out and meticulously went through the house, gave us options, and a reasonable bid. I was very impressed by his knowledge as well as his trustworthiness. He is an excellent representative for your firm. The job started promptly on the date we were told it would start. The two gentleman who were primarily responsible for doing the main body of work, Scott and his trainee, Jerrod, were unfailingly polite, hardworking, and professional. I can see why you chose Scott to be a trainer for someone who is just learning the myriad of things one has to learn in this job where a multi-faceted skillset and a creative, problem-solving mind are absolutely required.
The job proceded along like clockwork. The air-duct cleaners arrived at the appropriate time and they were quick, but thorough, and very efficient. The furnace in our basement was like something out of a horror movie. Monstrous. Diabolical. And not ready bow out of the picture without putting up one hell of a final battle. Scott called in the demolition team. Julius (I believe that’s his name, but I may be thinking of the renowned fruit smoothie drink made popular during Seattle’s World’s Fair in 1962) and the other gentleman (whose name now escapes me) were equal to the challenge. They stayed into the evening (after first requesting permission) and didn’t leave until the beast was slain. I don’t know how they did it so quickly, but, like everyone I’ve met from Brennan Heating, they not only delivered — they exceeded our expectations.
Scott and Jerrod have just left my home within the past 30 minutes. Before leaving, Scott demonstrated the furnaces in operation, walked me through the house showing me exactly what was done and patiently answered all of my questions. They left our house cleaner than they found it.
